Established in 2018 Tangible Building Solutions Limited is led by Director Samuel Hartwig, a Licensed Building Practitioner, Qualified Carpenter, and Facilities Manager with 20 years of experience across multiple areas of the Construction Industries.
We operate out of Greymouth on the West Coast and offer our services nationwide when required however focus on the West Coast for our day-to-day operations.
Tangible Building Solutions Ltd operates five divisions:
- General Construction Solutions predominantly light commercial and industrial services
- Site Fencing Solutions including system and tube and clip scaffolding
- Roofing & Guttering Solutions including long run roofing, TPO and Weldtec, Moss treatment and general maintenance.
- Specialist & General Equipment Hire Solution’s including core drills, portable conveyors, ring saws, soft cut saws, light tip trucks, mobile scaffolding, site fencing, general construction equipment and form work.
- Asset care and maintenance from base line reviews to full 10 year plus maintenance programs as well as undertaking scheduled maintenance as required when needed.
